For a limited period SellerSphere is offering free subscriptions for sellers while we establish a solid client base. This means you can maximise your profits without any upfront costs, so spread the word and help us grow together!

We will communicate in advance should we move away from the free model and over to a subscription model.

Advertising

SellerSphere will be promoting the marketplace and brands, to bring the customers to your store.

All sales are directed to sellers, SellerSphere does not sell any of the products and is only a tool to assist you the seller in promoting your brand and products.

We navigate the complicated and expensive pitfalls of social media marketing and paid advertisements on your behalf.

Transparent Payment Gateway Fees

SellerSphere have partnered with netcash as our payment gateway provider.

You as the seller will be responsible for the Netcash charges, but here’s the good news: these fees are expected to decrease as platform transactions increase.

The more sellers and buyers on the platform, the better the pricing will get for everyone. By growing together, we all benefit from reduced costs and increased opportunities

Electronic payment fees Breakdown

All Electronic payment fees are billed to the seller

• All card payments are charged 2.95% + R1.50 excl. VAT. 
• Ozow instant EFT are charged at 1.6% excl. VAT. 
• Scan to pay are charged 2.95% + R1.50 excl. VAT. 
• PayFlex are charged at 5.25% + R 4.00 excl. VAT.

Once the payment has cleared it will be paid into your nominated bank account

• Every payout is charged at R4.18 per payout.

Please Note: SellerSphere does not add any markup on the transaction fees.

After our team has reviewed your application, you can complete your store profile and start selling

Add Your Banking Details

Provide the banking information where your transactions will be deposited. This ensures seamless payouts of your sales.

Set Up Delivery and Collection Preferences

Choose how you’d like to handle order fulfilment. You can set up delivery costs, collection points, or both.

Upload Your ID Documents

For compliance purposes, please upload your identification document. This helps us maintain a secure and trustworthy marketplace for everyone.

Invite your customers

Invite your customers to buy from you on SellerSphere.
