DIRECTION OF USE:

Add 2 scoops (15g) into 150 – 250 ml full cream milk, water or any of the Annique Rooibos herbal infusion and shake well or mix into 150 mlfull cream plain yogurt.

This supplement can be used at any time throughout the day. This product should not replace a varied balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
